广东进出口商会（Guangdong Chamber of Commerce of Importers & Exporters, 简称GDCCIE），是经广东省民政厅社会组织管理局批准，受广东省商务厅指导，由从事进出口贸易和对外经济合作的企业以及行业内一些有名望、有影响的专家自愿参加组成的对外贸易经济合作行业组织。本商会于2006年7月18日正式挂牌成立，定址于广东外贸大厦。是广东省较早成立的外经贸领域的行业商事协会。创始会员以广东省广新控股集团有限公司、广东省丝绸集团、广东省食品进出口集团、广东省机械进出口股份有限公司、中山食品水产进出口集团公司、阳江十八子集团有限公司等一批国有进出口大企业和民营企业发起和构成，至今会员已从100多家发展成上千家。

本商会由原广东省外经贸委主任、原省人大秘书长徐德志担任名誉会长，更有业内一些有名望人士及政府各相关部门的领导担任高级顾问，并与多国驻穗总领事馆建立与保持长期友好合作关系。

广东进出口商会遵循服务立会、沟通兴会、协同强会的办会理念，坚持商会宗旨，突出公益性和群众性的组织原则，团结广大业内同仁和社会各方热心人士，主动服务政府决策，助推会员企业发展，搭建政府、行业、企业携手共进平台，面向社会、面向行业、面向企业提供合适、合度、有质、高效服务，为广东省进出口商事从大省转向强省贡献力量。

广东进出口商会拥有完备而权威的组织运作架构；建有高质量、广覆盖的专家库；营造与驻广州地区所有领事馆的业务沟通渠道；承接了政府购买的培训和调研服务；构建与全省各地方专业对口商会的友好合作网络；创设了系统而有针对性和实效性的会员企业培训体系和五大分类培训基地；开拓了综合健康方案设计等为会员服务的一系列项; 打造了“广交会”、“泰国商展”、定期召开的“法律、税务、海关商事征询会”、“新政策解读会”等一大批有影响力、有口碑的服务品牌；开展了“跨境电商”、“行业新常态”、“自贸区设立及影响”等调研并产生一批有质量的研究成果以指导会员发展。

商会作为政府决策的参谋、企业会员的贴心人，在国际市场与企业会员之间积极发挥纽带作用；自成立以来，就担起春秋两届“广交会”广东团的具体事务服务工作，并且连续五年在泰国曼谷举办广东产品展销会，先后在阿塞拜疆、老挝、缅甸、土耳其等国家举办经贸洽谈会，连续四年组织企业参加澳门国际环保节能展览会等一系列服务项目，为此建立了全方位、高标准的服务体系，成为企业会员“走出去”开拓国际市场的助推器。

有为才有位，使商会拥有越来越多的会员，产生了越来越强的凝聚力，得到越来越多的社会肯定和赞许。诚然，商会尚有不足之处和仍需拓展空间，我们必须奋力改进和担负。广东进出口商会拥有进出口专业组展、企业进出口商务拓展服务、业务培训、政策咨询、企业形象设计和拓展方案提供、企业家个性化需求定制、理论学术交流、书刊编辑、国际交流与合作等广泛的业务。目前，商会拥有秘书处、外联部、展览部、会员服务部、培训部、财务部、法律部等内设机构。广东进出口商会常设办事机构是秘书处，法律总顾问为广东环宇京茂律师事务所何培华首席律师。

Introduction

Guangdong Chamber of Commerce of Importers & Exporters (shortened as GDCCIE), is a professional organization, integrating voluntarily by enterprises and some influential experts with high prestige in the field of import and export trade and foreign economic cooperation. It is authorized by Bureau of Folk Organization of Department of Civil Affairs of Guangdong Province. GDCCIE was one of the early commercial industry associations relative to foreign trade and economics established in Guangdong Province.  Located in Guangdong Foreign Trade Building, GDCCIE was established on July 18, 2006. The founding members were about 100 such as Guangdong Silk Corporation (Group), Guangdong Guangxin Holdings Group Ltd., Guangdong Foodstuffs Import &Export (Group) Corporation, Zhongshan Foodstuffs & Aquatic Imp. & Exp. Group Co. Ltd. of Guangdong, Yangjiang Shi Ba Zi Group Co. Ltd. etc. including state-owned and private-owned corporations. Due to rapid development, GDCCIE has more than 1000 members now.

Abiding by the government policy, and following the philosophy of “focusing on service, communication and cooperation”, GDCCIE adheres to its objective and is established as a bridge for the government, industry and enterprises to help develop member corporations with the united colleagues from the same industry and zealous people from the society. GDCCIE will make great contribution to import and export business of Guangdong Province. It is distinguished in non-profit and mass character, and will provide suitable, reasonable, qualified and efficient service in the face of our society, industry and enterprises.

With perfect and authorized organizational operating framework, GDCCIE builds business channel with Consulate General of different countries in Guangzhou. It is well equipped with best expert database, and accepts training and researching services purchased by the government. Set up friendly cooperation network with professional counterparts’ organization, GDCCIE starts specific and effective training system for member corporations and five categories of training bases, and exploits a series of comprehensive health care schemes for its members.It also creates “China Import and Export Fair”(canton fair) and “Thailand Trade Show”, regularly convenes influential and popular conferences such as “business consultation on law, taxes and customs” and “interpretation of new policy”, carries out survey and research work on “cross border e-commerce”, “ industrial new normal”, “establishment and influence of free trade zone”. The good results of the research can be applied to guide the developments in member corporations.

GDCCIE serves as an adviser for government policy, a close friend for our members and a commercial tie between international market and our members. Being a booster of pioneering international market, GDCCIE helps members “going global”, setting up comprehensive and high standard service system through being responsible for specific issues of “canton fair” since its foundation, holding Guangdong exhibition in Bangkok, Thailand for 5 years, hosting economic and commercial meetings in Erbaijan, Laos, Burma, Turkey, etc., participating in Macao International Environmental Co-operation Exhibition for 4 years and so on.

What position lies on what conduct. Although insufficiency should be improved, GDCCIE attracts more members, brings stronger cohesion and increasingly recognized by the society.

The chamber is constructed out of secretarial department, public relation department, exhibition department, membership department, training department, financial department, law and regulation department, etc..
